Earlier this year, my wife and I needed to add our 18 year old son to our insurance (our first teen driver - soon to be followed by his brothers/sisters). Even though we had been insured with one of the country's largest insurance companies for years, the added cost they quoted us was beyond staggering. It was, frankly, not doable. A coworker suggested Debbie at IAI, and I contacted her and emailed her our specifics. We carry much more than minimum limits, and we all know what teen drivers do to premiums. Well after about an hour, Debbie got back to me with amazing news. She shopped us through all the carriers for the best rate. We were able to keep our same higher limits and $500 coll/$250 comp deductibles, move over to another well known insurance company, and saved almost $3,000 a year

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Rates are EXTREMELY HIGH. My policy was never reviewed and was completely incorrect. Showed drivers on there that never even worked for me. When I tried to make an adjustment on my policy I was ignored. When I tried to cancel I was ignored again and finally after 9 ignored emails I received a response and was told to call progressive myself to cancel even though CBM was my broker. These people do NOT care about there clients. I feel ignored and unappreciated after giving them years of business and hundreds of thousands of dollars.
