Don’t even bother. My car hit a pot hole on the NJ Turnpike and it took out both my passenger side tires and both rims dented. Provided multiple images, receipts, real time photos of where it occurred, a narrative, way more than they ask for and my claim still got denied even though it says they cover any damages due to pot holes and debris. My situation I hit a hole that was about 3x3 feet. It was covered by a metal plate and the construction workers left a horrible gap not fully covering the hole and my front and side tire dipped into the hole and popped upon impact of the metal plate that wasn’t fully and evenly secured on the construction area. Ridiculous…. NJTA hiring lousy people who can’t assure motorist safety by covering a hole and I hit it and I can’t get reimbursed due to lousy
