I had Ingram insurance for over 20 years never once had a claim. I had commercial policy on seven trucks backed into my own vehicle in my driveway called Rick. Rick said yes we’re happy to take care of this for you and adjuster will be calling you.. Then next day read my policy, said you will not be covered. Ingram insurance will no longer ensure anything for me. I only wish I could give them negative stars.

Ryan and his team helped me make sure I was in the best coverage option for my home and auto, it didn’t feel like work for the insurance company, it felt like they worked for me.

We've been with Ingram Insurance for quite a few years now and have had no problems. They answer the phone when you call. Always polite and can help with any situation.
