Go somewhere else. I had been a customer for awhile while many vehicle & property policies with extra coverage for things like loss assessment, theft etc. The first and only claim I made they left me high and dry. They did nothing other than telling me the insurance policy(s) I bought (that they PROMISED me was enough coverage and sufficient) was NOT enough and denied it multiple times. I am supposed to pay for ALL of the claim because i went with a lousy broker and the garbage policy they sold me thru safeco. I'm already out even more money after hiring an attorney to deal with this crap. BUY FROM A DIFFERENT BROKER & STAY AWAY FROM SAFECO!!!!!

Ingmire-Phillips had consistently done a great job with my family's as well as my business's insurance needs. They have been around for a long time and really know what they're doing. I referred them to several people and they've come back with glowing reports. A great local business as well!

Very shady company in my opinion. They give you quotes that specifically say that your driving history is being used to form the quote. Then once you accept the quote they come back with a higher number saying how the quote didn't have your history on it. The first quote they give you very clearly calls out that they are using your driving history to make it in plain English at the bottom. When confronted about this they told me that is just how they do business to save money. They stated it costs them money to check driving history so they wait until later to do it. So basically they are not being truthful at all on the first quote to get you in the door then check history later after you agree to pay the smaller amount. Bait and switch tactics in full effect here. That is a very shady p
