I called and informed these tightwads I was canceling my policy, because I found insurance for less than half of what they were charging me. They sent me to collections for the remainder of my policy balance. The collections people were very kind and are helping me dispute the charge, so no, y'all won’t be getting a dime from me. Have a wonderful 2025!

I requested a quote online, and at first they called me back fairly quickly. Answered tons of questions over the phone and she said she would call back with quotes. Never got a callback after that. It sure is hard to support local when I can get insurance online in 15 minutes but none of the local companies will even give you a quote after days of back and forth.

Known them for years great kind people. My kids love going over there :)

Am been with this Company for a while and never had a problem. So now I got a lapse in payment letter from the tag office.there wanting me to pay $25. But I make my payment every month on are around the 3rd of each month and the lady there at the Ingles is telling me I was one month behind on my payment .when I am in there every month so how did I miss a payment.when I know am in there every month on the 3rd of the month.thats when my husband gets his check. Some body's made a misstmj⅞
