Shady business practices. They changed the price three different times after quoting me—each time it went up. I have the original price in writing via text, so there’s no confusion. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is dishonest and unprofessional. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB and won’t be recommending them to anyone. If you choose to deal with them, get every detail in writing and be prepared for surprises.

Cancelled my policy after a month because I didn't reply to an Email that got sent to my spam box. They only sent two emails and never called or sent a letter. They were asking about my previous insurance when they were my first insurance company. That's why I didn't have that information to give. Will not reinstate my policy and when I called to state my case they actually just told me to find a different insurance company. Paid for three months and will refund the other two by check. Guess I'll wait 4 weeks to see that money again. They don't have a complaint department so they made a note on the account that they just cancelled. Absolutely pathetic and horrible treatment. Will not recommend. Will not use again.
