Staff is friendly but Farm Bureau as all insurances, CHARGES TOO MUCH FOR COVERAGE!! I am 67 yrs old, excellant driving record, no claims and now that they charge accordingly in referrence to your credit score (of which i have a great C. S.), i am still OVERCHARGED. Not happy.
