Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance

They arbitrarily raised my rate by 100%. I had insurance with this company for 4 years at a rate of $150 a month. In March of this year they raised it to $203, I was upset but dealt with the arbitrary price hike. In September they raised my rate to $306. I have never been in an accident, never gotten a speeding ticket, never filed a claim, never missed a payment, have a credit score of 681, am 25 so they cant even blame higher prices on being young. Even though they can't point to a single thing wrong with my case they continue to be greedy and jack up the price. When I went into the branch to talk to them about it the agent was rolling his eyes and being condescending and said they would not lower the price because they didn't see an error. I would not reccomend this company, they didn't

I’ve been with them for a while. Recently I’ve had an accident back in October. I’ve only been able to reach my claims rep once since then. I’ve tried the management as well no response. They were unable to get me a tow truck so I paid out of pocket without reimbursement. I’ve been calling my rep Mike and have had no returned calls nor email. Management is extremely hard to speak with as well. The quality of this company gets a 1!

If I could put zero stars I would. Have had insurance with this company for years and they bent me over back wards and screwed me over on a claim. Will now be looking for a new insurance company. Very dissatisfied with all the money I've spent to be screwed.
