My Dad has insurance through these people. What a rip-off they are. If you get 20k coverage for your items and pay for 20k coverage for you items. Your do not get 20k coverage for your items. You get what they deem is the price even though your being charged for 20k coverage. So instead they can say oh your stuff is only 17k worth so here is what you get. Plus if you ever need them be ready for a wait. They can take for ever to give you the money. It can take up to weeks if not months. So they can figure out if they should give it to you. Of course if they do they most likely will try to make themselves look like gold without explaining the horrors stories of what it took to get something done from them. I have never in my life had my insurance change month to month increasing or doubling and being told its a billing error just pay it and its fixed then again the next month. I will never ever do this again. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. This is robbery.

Please read between the lines on your policy if you are using your vehicle for things like DoorDash. If you do not tell them you are doing it and get a different policy for that they will cover nothing at all. They will catch you on any technicality to pocket your money and leave you with nothing.

They over charged my card. Didn't make my bill correct on my car insurance. I was paying on a car I didn't have! I told them that when I switched. They were very rude and unprofessional. DONOT USE THEM !!!!!!!

Decent insurance company, still can't figure out why my rates seem to go up every year lol
