Dana Coulter Miller was very quick and efficient in providing a quote for my homeowners and auto insurance. I switched my policy to be with her because I saved over a thousand on my homeowners policy. I have needed quotes for a new car and another house we were going to purchase and every time I have had to contact Dana it has been an easy process! I definitely suggest using Dana for your insurance needs!

Prepare to keep "knocking on wood" until you go elsewhere. Every roof on our road replaced in a bad hail and wind storm. Our replacement claim was denied flat out. Company will not pay roofing claims, no matter what. Visible damage confirmed by multiple contractors, but they still denied it. First adjuster was extremely rude, and our first agent actually left the building when I stopped in and asked for her to discuss our claim. After that, she refused to return calls or emails completely.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Drug their feet on looking at my car, gave a completely ridiculous estimate on the fix, and has now sent my check to a completely wrong address. Wouldn't recomend them to my worst enemy.

Just got off the phone with Susan and once again I'm just in awe of how great her customer service is!! She is 100% the reason I chose Farm Bureau! The rates are great too!
