Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance

I was given a quote for full coverage auto insurance. When it was time to make the payment they increased the payment by $70. I was never informed of this change. I was told I didn’t have insurance on my old vehicle and this was the reason. When I spoke with the agent I had told him that car had broken down and was no longer being used that’s why it was not insured. I canceled the policy same day.

We have used this company for years without any issues; however, when we had to make changes this last year and it has been terrible service! No returned yet home calls, misinformation etc. The most recent was that they misquoted us by $3,000 per year. Even then, the agent didn't bother to call us it was the office personnel. It was the underwriters who caught their mistake.

Had to file a claim because I got hit by someone who is insured with farm bureau . Long story short. I've never hit anyone and this was the first time I was hit. To be honest they made this very easy. The postal service delivered the insurance check to the wrong address and farm bureau cancelled that and reissued another one which I really appreciated. The case manager looked out for me, and they all had great customer service. Hopefully I never get hit again or have to file an insurance claim but I just appreciate how farm bureau handled the situation. Thanks.

Was getting runaround from insurer of person that hit wifes vehicle called my agent at farm bureau and it was taken care of next day thanks jason
