They will screw up your payment then blame you and refuse to cover the time period that you paid for. Thanks to the office woman for messing up my coverage, so now I have to deal with my lien holder because I show a gap in coverage even though I went into the Brookville office and paid for said coverage. My rates will now go up for who knows how long because they're refusing to cover me for the time period that THEY messed up. Edit to add: after dealing with all of this, I was then called names by the agency manager, Brent Ross who directed my agent to essentially make the process more difficult for me.
