Requested quote for home, auto, umbrella. Quote was higher than current policies....havent filed a claim in years, dealt with Ginny who asked for current policy copies then 5 more emails requesting more info, said I had a car accident in 2022, I didn't. Asked about my adult daughters insurance then said they couldn't give me an umbrella policy. Call someone else. Not a great experience
