Didn't want to go to the other office in Chicago and this one is down the street. I made an appointment because I had problems getting into my IDES account. Very good service from the front until I completed what I had to do. All of my questions were answered and I was able to get into my account and they explained everything to me about next steps, etc. Appreciated the fact that I didn't have to wait long. Will definitely go back if anything occurs.

Had a delightful experience when I came in earlier. All staff members greeted me with a smile and were eager to help me out and everyone else for that matter. Gracie, the nice lady who spent the most time with me. God bless her heart. She has the patience of an angel. These ladies, from my personal experience. Work very hard and deserve more credit and recognition than they get.

Life long civil servants who could care less people are laid off the week before Christmas. Ignorant and arrogant, there’s not a worse combination. Go to Burbank

Don’t do wioa here especially if assigned Nicole Franklin. I was in the final process of getting the grant until she went ghost for 2 weeks showed up out the blue sending me work packets saying I need to go up to the school and get a signature by tomorrow or I won’t get the grant, knowing it’s Juneteenth tomorrow. She told me they where supposed to be done last week that she forgot to send them without even an apology. I guess she wanted to make another “brothas” life miserable for the occasion I bet. truly comical how evil some people are.

After reading such low reviews I was very apprehensive going to the Harvey IDES office. However, I visited the office today with specific questions. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I was greeted pleasantly outside the entry by security, given detailed instructions on procedure and proper identification, and let in. Upon entry I was assisted by two employees who knew exactly what I needed and answered questions phone representatives weren’t able to. They were professional, overall helpful, and polite.
