I have 5 commercial buildings, vehicle policies and life policies with IIP. I've been with IIP for about 10 years and received extraordinary customer service. They always shop for the best prices each renewal period. They quickly respond to any issues that come up. It is a night and day difference from the service I received from other agencies the previous 30 years. My only regret is I didn't come across IIP 40 years ago.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Brittany at IIP Insurance Agency while in the process of looking for new coverage for our home and auto. Five star service and a five star company. I have my auto, home and life insurance through IIP and couldn't be more happier. My policies have even been reviewed by a customer service representative several times in the past and I have always been notified when they have found lower premiums to save me money. I give them five stars. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. We have our business insurance there and whenever I need anything I just email Jodi and it is done immediately. And if she isn't there someone else takes care of it right away. They are OUTSTANDING!!!!!! We have been using IIP for many years and will keep using them for many years to come.
