iDrive Auto Insurance - Irving

I absolutely love the idea of having an office of people working with me and my Nigerian husband as pleasantly as they do. We have been customers since 3 yrs now and still go in get same smiles throughout our visit we are made to feel 💯 taken care of in a pleasant manor of professionalism .

I’ve used this insurance policy for almost 2yrs now and they do well to earn their money but not good customer service. Lately, I’ve asked them to cancel my insurance considering my phone number doesn’t work since I’m in Nigeria and they’ve not responded to one email. It seems like they’ve been intentionally silent. Additionally, about 6-7 times while I used them, they sent me a receipt of their charge but never sent my policy card. I’d have to email and call before they send it. If I pay for something, with a price set by you; IDrive, I ought to get what I paid for. Do better IDRIVE ARLINGTON, CARROLTON ETC.

Will charge your card because you don’t answer the phone. Ask to take a card from the account and lie like the did and didn’t. Say payment was charged over the phone and never answered. Full coverage is basic with no rental, tow or anything. Want let you know until you them.

I would definitely recommend these people over anyone else for all your auto insurance needs. Very nice, honest and trustworthy people especially the owner Joe. 10 out 10 in my book.

so after taking my payment,one week later im canceled for not sending in photos of car,oooh but wait,he goes in and find the photos....next they want registration for a car i told him i dont drive but he insisted on adding it for the discount,bam got discount,now they want updated registration,but u knew this before cuffing my money,so at this point ive been waiting over a week for someone to tell me if i have insurance in which i have already paid for...only way i knew i wasnt insured,i had a flat and needed roadside assistance,only to find out,not only do i not have roadside,I DONT HAVE INSURANCE PERIOD,YET THEY GOT PAID...AH SHAME BEFORE GOD
