When I was a member of this agency, they did not have my back in any situation. I had an accident in which the other driver hit my car as I was turning into a parking lot. I gave them witness phone numbers, detailed descriptions and the police report. They did not investigate or call any witnesses. They chose to take blurry dash cam footage as proof that me, their own member was at fault. Then they kicked me out of their program due to being a “high risk”. If I could give less to this company I would.
