Idaho Farm Bureau Insurance

Have been a customer about 4 years. I've owned different homes for 40+ years and have never needed to file a claim. Had no clue where to start. From John to Brad the claims adjuster, they made it easy and smooth. Repairs were made within a month and I'm back to normal. Couldn't be happier with this office...

I have had farm Bureau insurance for about twenty five years and have always been treated more than fair. I have had a few claims over the years and never had issues with anything, word of wisdom, ask questions on what is covered and what isn't, don't assume it could bite you. I will continue to do business with this location and John Hill.

Do not go here! They are crooks! They quoted me a price lower than I was paying so I switched. The next month they claimed they made a mistake on my application and they jumped my rates another 50 dollars and tried to back charge me for my first month at the new rate. Livid, I called and canceled my policy and auto pay. I woke up this morning to find that they didn't cancel my auto pay at all and they charged my account to pay another month plus back pay. If you don't mind having your money stolen, these are the people who will do it.

I had my home destroyed by a fire and to this day Farm Bureau has been nothing short of assume. From the day it happened until today 4 month's later. I have had nothing short of greatness from them. Every step of the way, my adjusters and my agent have been able to get my family through this crisis... Thank you Farm Bureau for making sure we are being taken care of.... Now a year later the Farm Bureau staff have been there for us.... Nothing but praises.. Thank you

Best customer service of ANY insurance company out there. They care about you, even more than about them making a sale. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
