Idaho Farm Bureau Insurance

I have been a member of Farm Bureau for a few years now. The staff is incredibly helpful and is always putting their best effort into resolving any issues I have had. Garren has worked so hard helping me with the incredibly confusing world of health insurance . In a world where people are calling in, maybe having the worst day of their life because something happened, Farm Bureau has gone above and beyond. Jon, one of the claims adjuster, worked tirelessly in getting our home back together after a fire. The staff has always been kind and I highly recommend Farm Bureau to all of my friends and family.

Apparently, Garren has no follow through. I haven't had insurance on my home now because they cant figure out how to change mortgage companies. We have called 3 times in the last year to fix this issue, and we thought it was all figured out. Until today. Now we are getting force placed insurance and Garren can't do anything about it. "Sorry kids, our christmas money is going to a massive corporation, heres some toys other kids don't want." The office might be nice, and the people friendly, but unfortunately, they are no different than St Lukes.

I've been a customer of Farm Bureau Insurance since May 2011 and have not been dissatisfied my agent is Barrett McClure at the Jerome Idaho office his team always got your back thank you so much and today we sign my son up for insurance way better than the one he had previously at another agency so yeah the team is got it no better Fredy & Ruth Fraga
