If you are using them make sure you check what they are covering. DO NOT TRUST THAT YOUR AGENT IS LOOKING OUT FOR YOU ! ! Also check to see if they are covering what other insurances cover. After you get insurance with them you will find you don't have the coverage you were told. Then you will get a letter that says they are not covering something. But the price doesn't change. I have a very difficult time getting in contact with my agent. Then she acts like everything is fine. I guess I am not a good enough client for them. 8 properties, 4 vehicles, umbrella and trailers. I guess they don't make enough money off me to keep my accounts straight.
They have taken care of my insurance needs for over 30 years.
