The front receptionist was super helpful and sweet answered all my needed questions never had any issues, Stu has always gone above and beyond with all my insurance needs! Highly recommend him! 10/10 Many referrals have pleased with their outcomes as well!!

My family and I moved to Emmett a couple of months ago from Jerome. Everyone one here has been so nice and welcoming, that was until yesterday. The 2 "ladies" at the front desk were rude, snotty, arrogant, and unprofessional. We went in to get a simple quote for insurance. We did not feel comfortable giving our SSN for just a quote. Let's just say they weren't very receptive to that. They tried to inform us all insurance companies require it. And when we informed them ones that didn't, they went on to put them down and refer to them as subpar. I don't know if they are cheaper or not because we didn't get a quote. I will say even if they were, we would not use them. There's something to be said for good customer service.

This is a great Farm Bureau office. The ladies who answer the phone are always helpful and friendly. They are a quick to respond to any questions that I have and are always courteous and respectful. My agent, Stu Barrett has always handled my requests quickly and efficiently.

This is by far the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with! First it was the fact that I found a better deal for my auto leaving my home ect.... when I switch the agent went off and told me to just change everything amd wa extremely rude! After that really started to change my opinion of them. Then I had constant issues getting bills. The only bills I ever received were final notices threatening to cancel my policy which I of course paid immediately (would have been done if u had gotten my bill). Then I cancel my home insurance ask if there is a balance I'm told no and the not wven 2 weeks later reveive a collection letter of suck a small amount ots ridiculous! Everyone in the office has always been more than helpful to us. I feel the rates are fair and the coverage is great. I would recommend them to anybody needing home, auto or rv insurance.
