I had the best experience with Kyle Casey as my agent. I needed homeowner’s insurance and I needed it quickly. Kyle came through in a big way. I had it the next day paid for it for the year and it’s done with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend him to anybody who needs insurance. He goes above and beyond. Big 5 star+.

Avoid at all costs!!! Absolute crooks! After providing proof of insurance twice they still charged me a year of insurance without my consent, I immediately paid the loan off and they won’t refund the insurance premium! Rude condescending customer service with attitudes. They do not care about their customers. Completely shady thieves and will penalize you for paying over your minimum payment and early termination!

Trash customer service. We got charged twice for our renters insurance, which they charged without our permission as I did not sign up for auto renewal. It took two weeks to get that all straightened out. They overdrew my account and showed zero remorse or care for the fact that they did that. I have also asked them to send my confirmation of renters insurance to my leasing office more then once. Amelia took the email down said she sent it and she never did. It’s an absolute joke working with these guys. I would not recommend to anyone even if they were the last company out there. I can’t wait to be done dealing with these guys. It’s just the lack of compassion or communication that’s absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve called & emailed multiple times over the last three weeks, attempting to get an auto & renter quote from John N. & team. Originally I asked for John directly & did get passed on to someone else instead. Regardless the lack of response is sad considering I have provided them with all of mine & husband’s personal information. Seems the customer service bar is declining here. Though I’m still holding out hope for a better outcome here. Thanks.

My husband and I enjoy the customer service, everyone here is super nice. Pricing is also very affordable. Unfortunately, there have been multiple instances where we have tried to switch addresses for our renters insurance and they have failed to enter the information correctly. 3 times to be exact. I understand mistakes happen, but we’ve wasted a lot of time on phone calls and going down to their office to get it fixed and will now have to go a 4th time as we were just informed it was entered wrong AGAIN. I want to love this insurance company, but we’ve ran into nothing but frustration lately
