I have been working with Irene since last year and she has been very helpful. Anytime I needed an invoice or clarity on something she has explained it and went the extra mile to make sure I had all the documents I needed for my records. Her personality is direct and she is very strong woman, so some can perceive her as rude, but she is actually very nice and has always been professional.

An adjuster came out to our property and was plain rude and exceedingly unprofessional. When I called him a week later to follow up, he said he sent us an email with an update, and I responded by saying, "I'm not saying you didn't send it, maybe it's something with gmail, but I didn't receive it" and asked for a timeline of when it would be done. He responded by saying something along the lines of "every minute I spend with you on the phone, is another minute that your claim is getting pushed back"- I was floored. He said something similarly on-site when I questioned why we should be getting the estimate for a repair when we didn't cause the accident. He could have just responded by saying it's insurance policy or something similar, but his response was something along the lines of "fine,

Irene is so rude, disrepectful and unprofessional, she is very unpleasant person. I dont know how can they have a person like this in the office Nasty attitude.
