I have been an Erie Customer (Ian Webb agency Allentown, PA) for over 30 years. One reason I have stayed with Erie is the customer service and price competitiveness. Every time I call, there is a local on representative on the line; always pleasant, willing to help and offer constructive solutions (in my case Beth - she is the best!) Thank you!

Mike and his people helped my day out a ton. My dad has been a loyal customer because he consistently receives amazing service. When something went wrong, he reached out to him personally. Webb is great.

Had an absolutely terrible phone call this morning with Mary. My fiancée and I had some questions about about new policy that was never explained to us once we saw the bill. She then stated that “it is what is it” and she could not help us. Cannot wait to be rid of this insurance scam.

Trying to get a quote for insurance with this agency was a nightmare. I worked with Mary, who in my opinion was rude/passive aggressive throughout the process. She would say things over the phone such as "you do understand, right?" in an almost inpatient tone. The process also took over 5 days (this was over a holiday, but still crazy to me just for a quote). When I told her this was a long wait, she blamed it on one of her coworkers being out from surgery, rather than taking responsibility. When I finally brought up that she had been fairly rude to me throughout the process, she simply said "I'm sorry you feel that way" and then proceeded to hang up on me. I strongly feel she needs to be retrained and better supervised.

Mike and the rest of the Webb Insurance team have always provided great service & great prices. Very happy having our insurance with them!
