Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance

Bad customer service, my mortgage company made payment for three weeks, they haven't process it to my account. I still have to made payment on my own on the due date. The bill department can't give you the answer. Avoid these company if you could!

Awful company to deal with. Mailed payment a week before it was due. Week and a half and they said they still haven’t received it. I canceled the check and paid online only to be charged an additional $19 for paying online. And takes 2-3 business days to be processed. The agent I used is also useless.

Non renewal due to stolen truck report i did to strong tie insurance affiliated with Hyundai Marine and no one called back after my report and found 15 days later, now I'm calling them to renew but no answer what a crap company!

I'M SURE ALL OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS WRITTEN ABOUT HYUNDAI ARE TRUE!!! You can look at the positive reviews and tell they had their friends write them. They canceled our insurance after we were with them for 4+ years without a claim. We had sewer back up in 2024 and they paid out approximately $5k (ONLY) and then decided not to renew our policy due to the claim. THIS SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW!!! THEY MUST BE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS TO OPERATE LIKE THIS!

Non Renewal of Home insurance policy by them in 2025 due a water damage incident to our home in 2018!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. How do you do this SEVEN YEARS LATER!!! Now we have to scrounge for a new policy since ours ends in about 50 days. Just bad business. I would definitely not recommend them No help at all.
