Review Title: Policy Canceled Over Roadside Use – Poor Customer Service and Zero Accountability I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration with how Allstate handled the cancellation of my automobile insurance policy — not due to missed payments, unpaid premiums, or any car accidents, but because I exceeded my roadside assistance limit. Over the course of my policy, I used roadside assistance 15 times instead of the allowed 11. At no point was this limit clearly explained to me, and even when I contacted customer service, no one could fully explain what the roadside assistance policy actually covered. The experience was excellent from the initial quote up to finalizing the policy. Hurong was personable, knowledgeable, and effective in outlining/establishing a policy to meet my insurance needs. I’m extremely happy and grateful!

I DO HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY. I HAVE BEEN WIYH ALLSTATE SINCE THE EARLY 1970S.AUTO AND HOME OWNERS ,I BOUGHT A CAR IN FLORIDA AND BROUGHT IT TO NJ.
