My encounter with Alex of State Farm Insurance was awesome. He is calm and reasonable. He took his time to explain everything concerning the policy and I'm well pleased with their policy from coverage to pricing. My prior provider, Flo and her people at "regressive" insurance hiked the rate by 50 percent when I obtained a a new vehicle and my 6 months were up, and whats worse, when I called them to negotiate, they weren't particularly nice or understanding.
