The conversation started off ok then I felt noticeably rushed off the phone with a comment of “ let me reach out to some company’s “ well instead of a courtesy call I received an email quoted not double or triple what is normal for a small business.. almost 5 X’s the expected amount! Emily decided to quote my property as “ vacant “ when I specified the property is for my plumbing company … office work and office workers and promotional personal work there. I couldn’t help but notice a convenient 12% commission to agent … I hope the owner Brian whom was highly recommended keeps an eye on those who represent his business… DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE AGENT
