On the front end; they were great. Good price and promises of timely execution of the new policy. Immediately went down hill from there. Rep made me use some stupid virtual app to take photos of the exterior for the insurance company. I did it; it didn’t work. They send an inspector out and noted a laundry list of issues; some valid, but the majority cosmetic and cancelled my policy with 3 weeks notice. Rep did nothing to change the decision, just gave me an expanded list of required changes and added that every change would need a paperwork from the contractor explaining the work. Insane experience; all I can say is, if you have a brand new home then call them—if you have an older home, be careful. They will make big promises, then pull the rug right out from under you.

Jennifer is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Any questions I had she answered and broke things down to where I was able to understand the answers easily. She didn’t just search what was best for her, but what was best for me. She was very polite and professional. An absolute pleasure to work with. I look forward to continue working with her for all of my insurance needs. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to change up there insurance.
