Hugh Huggins: Allstate Insurance

This is my first year with Allstate Ins. and I don't have a problem with them except their Website . I have a problem with getting on my account every time. When you ask to reset your password the link never comes into my email. It is frustrating. I have car insurance with them

Everything was done in a professional manner. I did my auto claim on line. By next morning.i had an an appointment with the appraiser at Classic Collision. Ito was easy and efficient. CC sent frequent text updates and finished ahead of schedule. Enterprise rental cars was right next door. They were happy to work with my repair staff's timing. It was an efficient process in all areas. The Good Hands of AllState 🙂🤲

Terrible company. I would never recommend this insurance for anyone ever!!

Last year, I contacted Hugh Huggins for an insurance quote. They offered a reasonable rate, so we went with it, even though the agent was rude. This year, when renewal time came, I asked for a new quote. The same agent returned with an increase of $1500 and a 5% deductible for wind and hail damage. For a $500K house, that meant a $25K deductible for a new roof. I told her that was too high and shopped around for a better quote. I found another broker who offered the same coverage with a $5K deductible. I informed the agent at Hugh Huggins that I did not wish to renew with them this year. However, she still sent multiple bills demanding payment. This morning, I received an email from the receptionist, written in all caps, stating that my bill was due and I needed to pay immediately.
