Absolutely terrible experience. This company took money out of my mother’s bank account days before the payment was due, even though I was in the process of updating my payment information. There was no clear communication, and trying to reach someone by phone was nearly impossible. I even showed up in person days prior during posted business hours, only to find the doors locked. When I finally spoke to someone, I was laughed at and accused of lying for being upset over their mistake! completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I ended up canceling my policy because of how rude and dismissive the staff was and took my business to a different broker with the same insurance company, and found out Hubbs actually upcharged me by $50. Judy was very pleasant to work with. She got me a better deal than I had. I will definitely refer other people to them.

Both staff members handled my claim very efficiantly. Besides that, they have taken care of matters on my behalf in situations where they didn't have to. They were always lovely until the day I called in to cancel.

I came in here looking for new insurance because my last place for insurance took avantage of me. They decreased my insurance by nearly half if not more. The owners are family ran, great people. Very helpful and polite.
