Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. They sold our policy to a new company without notice or alert. We found out by a packet in the mail this change was happening no call, email, nothing. So we call get it all figured out it does save us money, so ok no worries. A month or 2 goes by and suddenly we get charged by both the new and former company. So they signed us up for this new policy without cancelling the old one. Home owners insurance goes the same way so the mortgage company pays the old company so now that will be late for the new company. I provide phone numbers for my agent to make this as easy for them as possible and nothing gets done. At the same time our son is born and is in the NICU for weeks. So we expect our agent to step up and get

I have been a customer for about a half a year now and love their services here, I was with another insurance agency before and was VERY disappointed with them. Of course when COVID came it hit all of us very hard and as everyone we ran into some hiccups a time or two. Within that time frame I found HUB international / Insure all and Brittany has been absolutely amazing communicating with me, understanding my problems and trying to help but sometimes just like anyone else there is only so much you can do.
