HUB International

I don’t think HUB should receive even one star but there is no option for zero stars. They are wonderful to deal with when you are “buying” from them but heaven forbid you have a homeowners claim. We have been waiting over a year (to be exact 16 months) to get funds to repair damage. The policy was purchased through HUB and Hanover is the carrier. HUB International will not do anything to help us get this resolved. The latest answer from them was here’s the main number at Hanover Insurance. I doubt that will get me anywhere. Don’t use them. Find another insurance agent.

Been here since I was 16 with car insurance. The minute I got a lawyer for a car accident their attitude towards me changed, even though it was the other driver's fault. My rates are still way too high, but I don't want to go through all the trouble of switching. Every time I say I want to switch they threaten me with fees, etc.

Pamela Famulari is my agent and she is awesome! I never have to wait for answers to ANY of my questions and she is extremely helpful. I have been with HUB for a few years and am completely satisfied.

They are scammers I wouldn't recommend anybody for it not an insurance agency you would ever want to go to they don't care about their customers all they want is your money and then won't do nothing for you and I've got hung up on ..about twice by Lynn ext . 2149 just for a heads up to customers do not buy any insurance from hub internationals
