No one ever answers the phone. Policies are locked down to any kind of change as they want you to deal with your local agent, so you can't modify online or through national number. The worst.

I called to cancel my homeowners insurance because I sold my home and NO ON ANSWERED THE PHONE! The voice message said that no changes could be made to a policy with information left over voice mail, with no one answering you are left with no options. I went to the phone directory and it rings to infinity. Pressing "0" puts you into and endless loop of options that all lead to no one. You should do better! Your lack of options could be costing me time and money due to no fault of my own. Hire staff and answer your phones! Updated 4/11/2022 I received a call from a HUB agent either later the day of the original post or the next day and my insurance policy cancellation was handled efficiently and courteously. I appreciate the timely response. Thank you!

I called last Tuesday to see about getting a roofer to come to my home to inspect a leak. I was given the choice to go with their roofer or my own, so I decided to go with their person. After not hearing from anyone I called later in the week to touch base. I was told that the man would be in touch with me soon however it's going on a week plus later and I've yet to hear from anyone. This doesn't surprise me. Terrible!

My god... do you have any human beings to answer the phone. Your Auto Attendent is horrendous. In the Voice Directory, the system can't understand a word!! Now, I am from the South... but I do not speak redneck (unless it is a Friday night and I have had a few beers). What happen to the days when an actual live person answered the phone. If I have to go through this again, I will start calling other insurance companies and possibly change my business accounts to the first company that has a human answer the call!!
