and after further review found out I was not in the flood area and decided to cancel it. Upon canceling this company refused to give me a refund on the rest my policy for the remainder of the year. They said I just had to wait for it to run out could not get a refund. I did research and this was not the case.( directly out of flood manual for FEMA refunds must be given to cancel policies when flood insurance is not required by mortgage company) I would not ever do business with this company as they are surely lacking in integrity.My girlfriend and I bought bought flood insurance policy last year that was not required by my mortgage company. This year I received news that my insurance was going up

They we're great 3-4 years ago when we moved to MB, but last 2 yrs impossible to get a call back, current provider dropped us in Jan, been calling every month to ask is anyone working on this, never got a call back, guess we're headed elsewhere
