My experience with HUB International was a major letdown, to put it mildly. Last year, I tried multiple times to pay for my life insurance renewal. No response, and I was stunned to learn it was canceled for non-payment—without any notice. This summer, renewing my home and auto policies was another nightmare. It took over a month to reach a human, despite countless emails and calls, and I was shuffled to agents across the state who couldn’t even find my account. Very displeased with this business. When my agent, Neil, was with Miller Insurance, we could stop in and see him or call him and he'd respond quickly. Now that it's Arbury, there is ZERO response. I asked for a quote in Summer of 2023 with NO RESPONSE ever. I repeatedly left messages, both on the phone and at the receptionist and feel completely ignored. Several times since then, it's been the same thing. I feel we've been ghosted since the move. In October, I was notified my home insurance was being raised by $400 with no reason for it. We've not had a single claim since 2015. Again, ZERO RESPONSE to messages or at the receptionist desk. We feel as long as they get their money, they can ignore their customers. I went to Arbury insurance early this week to cancel the insurance on my husband's vehicle. He had passed away about 10 days ago.I was warmly greated by the receptionist, she took my information and notified my agent. When she came out to the lobby area (with a sheet of paper in hand)she said which vehicle are you canceling? I told her, she said what year is it, I couldn't remember, but receptionist told her as she had already looked up our account. The agent then said, are you adding another vehicle, I then stated no as I had just lost my husband. Then I asked if she could look into bundling my home and auto to help reduce the rate, and she said, when is it up for renewal?
