Chris Luke is the best insurance agent EVER. Cannot say enough about him. I have been with Essex Agency, now HUB, for a long long time and have never had anything but great service. Just recently, after a tree fell on my house, I had to file my first homeowner's claim ever. Chris has been there for me EVERY step of the way: he has promptly responded to my every email; repeatedly called the insurance company on my behalf; and went way way way above and beyond, until the claim was finally resolved. I am giving a him 10 star review.

We have had both our home and car insurance policies with the Essex Agency for 12 years. The office is quick to respond, and helpful with questions in between claims. When we switched to them, they were a good financial decision, and all these years later the service has kept me a customer. We heat with a wood stove only.. and they were able to find coverage for us.

There a really good old fashioned insurance broker. There are a lot more insurance companies than Geico and many cater to special interests or needs much like Geico used to. You should be able to save money and or get specialized coverage. This is especially valuable for small business owners or even just doing the occasion freelance work.
