I was a Byrnes customer for many years. Was considering leasing a new vehicle as had rec'd. one too many recalls on the car I had. Before I made the decision to do so, I spoke to Robin, the agent I had always dealt with. She told me my policy would be going up by $1 per month as the new vehicle had several excellent safety features. So, I leased. A few days later I rec'd an email from her stating that my insurance was actually going up by $40 per month. I reached out asking her to look at different deductibles or companies as this was a pretty big jump. She blamed hike on a "computer glitch" and said she would look see what she could do. A few weeks later I rec'd my auto insurance renewal only to find that it had gone up by another $200+. For over 3 weeks after that I tried to contact this

Erica Williams was so rude to me. Very unprofessional person. Will be addressing this matter in higher up. She was also rude to not only myself but my boyfriend Ron. Will not use this company again.
