My father called repeatedly over months to cancel a home and auto policy that were replaced. If the process to file a complaint at the state of NJ didn't take so long I'd of done that. If you use this broker, beware - if you find more comprehensive coverage for less elsewhere, you'll need to jump through a lot of hoops to cancel. You can send email, leave voice mails, you will be ignored. You can call every day for weeks or months, you will be ignored. Apparently the agent or agents aren't so keen on losing revenue and will do this sort of thing to keep the premium on the books. As a fellow insurance agent you should be deeply ashamed. You give an industry with a tarnished reputation an even worse name. Despicable.

I have been a Hub client for 20 years but now I am canceling every policy I have with Hub. Over the last few years their service has been terrible. It is next to impossible to get a customer service human on the phone. Their phone system sends you in circles and eventually dumps you into a generic voice mail. Even simple requests like changing and address are difficult to accomplish. I have wasted hours of time trying to get things done with Hub and they aren’t with the hassle.

Im being very generous with this one star. That's all I have to say. But they are very unorganized.
