Meaghan McQueen and Suzanne Harbour are great assets to HPM Insurance! Very knowledgeable, trustworthy and confident! A reviewer stated here that they thought their rates would be cheaper than their existing agent due to HPM's building? Clearly this reviewer has no knowledge how insurance rates are set and that they are set by the insurance company, not the agent. The agent is the broker between the client and insurance company. Two brokers could sell the exact same insurance policy, with one broker having an office in a small town, to one having an office in a penthouse in the city and the rate would be exactly the same. Clients choose HPM Insurance based on their KNOWLEDGE, TRUST and CONFIDENCE not their office decor. Thank you HPM for being a pillar in the insurance industry!

I worked with Donna at HPM recently to get new home insurance and update my vehicle insurance too! She was very thorough and detailed in explaining what is covered in each policy and walked me through the options and pros and cons for each decision that got to be made!
