I called the local office to renew my policy and Jordan the receptionist blind transferred me to someone that never answered. I called back and spoke with him again and explained for him not to do that and he did it again. This time I got to a department that was not the one I needed. No reason to use any local office if they don't take the time to service their customers.

I took on gecho 6 months ago I want to speak with my agent and nobody can find Her. They give some corporate phone number out. They don't give their agent phone number out. So now they're Raise my insurance for no reason. And nobody wants to fast up and talk to me. Even the local Howard Greer has a phone number that goes to corporate. It's not his number.

This was the absolute worst company for car insurance I could have chose. Not only are the claim agents unresponsive but the overall hoops you have to jump through is awful. My car was stolen, on a Friday and recovered that night. I had to wait till Monday for anyone to even answer a phone or an email message. They also do not tell you what proof they need for your claim until the last minute and my personal belongings that were taken out of my trunk are a loss to my pockets. Never received any compensation for them. Lastly they did not cover even a fourth of my rental car costs. Would not recommend to anyone.
