I decided to go with Chaney-Buskirk insurance agency instead. I was honestly frustrated—imagine getting a quote back and seeing someone else’s name listed on it, someone you never authorized or mentioned anywhere. That’s exactly what happened. I had submitted a detailed intake form that clearly listed who should be on the policy, the coverage amounts, who lives in the household, how the vehicle is used (commute or pleasure), and my estimated annual mileage. But when the quote finally came back, nearly every item was different than what was shown in the intake form. The coverage levels were off, the vehicle usage was listed incorrectly, my mileage was changed, and—most confusing of all—a person not listed anywhere on my intake form showed up on the quote. Staff was rude and took forever to get ahold of my agent when needed. Go anywhere else

Moved here and previously had Erie Insurance for 20 years. Called for a quote. Agent was very rude and felt like an interrogation. Called Haywood with State Farm right down the road. Super nice and welcomed my business.

Worst insurance company I've ever dealt with! The staff is incompetent when it comes to dealing with auto insurance. I was nearly fined by the MVA and my vehicle was red flagged because they failed to send an updated copy of my insurance policy and I had to call them several times and each time they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and they didn't even know the telephone number nor the fax number to the MVA and had to ask me several times for it. Also I was with them for over 2 years with a great driving record no claims no accidents. Finally asked about lowering my insurance as I pay almost $200 a month!!! I FINALLY got a call back and was told sorry "there is no button on the computer they can hit to give me a better price or discount for good driving" lol what a jok
