Where to begin... I found Mrs. Reyes with State Farm after reviewing insurance brokers in the East Valley, after my old insurance company raised my rates yearly despite excellent credit, no accidents, no nothing. Mrs. Reyes returned my email the next morning on a Saturday, offering to help me with coverage! I was stunned as nobody answers emails on a Saturday EXCEPT MY NEW INSURANCE BROKER!! Mrs. Reyes has an amazing team member, Mrs. J. Salcedo, who assisted me with quotes, and specifics and SHE has been amazingly patient with me, as I am a small business owner and the holidays are extremely busy!
