I've been with Horak Insurance for over 10 years and have always had positive interactions with them. They consistently provide quick, accurate responses to my questions and my claims have been processed without any issues. Great customer service.

Called a week ago for a simple auto quote. Didn't hear anything back. Called a couple days later and was told they've been busy. Called a couple days later and was told they have been too busy and wouldn't be doing the quote. Everyone else I asked quotes from got it emailed within a couple hrs. These people waited a week, then told me they wouldn't do it.

Extremely knowledgeable in all our insurance questions. We've confident all our insurance needs have been met. Team has excellent follow up.
