Have had them for at least 30+ years. They have always been extremely polite and professional, anytime we have a question they are quick to help. Will not ever change my insurance. Love this company. I would like to extend a special Thank you out to Trace you have been fantastic .

UPDATE: my monthly payment went from 89.00 to $202, ETHAN POOLE is a joke. and they lie about why your price goes up until you trip them up, because I didn’t let them just slide by, telling me “insurance rates went up for everyone” My insurance went up because of my credit score! I have never had a ticket or any kind of wreck! And they value their customers as much as one values a bag a trash! No wonder the United States is headed in the direction it is! I would be ashamed of myself doing hard working people the way you are! Shame on you!
