I’ve paid for homeowners insurance through this business for over 30 yrs . I have made one claim on my roof that was processed in 2009 for less I have paid for homeowners insurance through this business for over 30 years . I have been able to process one claim for roof damage in 2009 for less I have been paying for homeowners insurance through this business for over 30 years . I have made one clam for roof damage in 2009 for roughly four thousand dollars , which we used towards a completely new roof . Now this past year I can’t get a five hundred dollar claim paid , but my house is now insured for over $500,000 listed as a secondary home. The kicker is this agent does not give a flip !
When I called them they were very rude and said they couldn’t help me.
