From start to finish, my experience with Hometown Senior Solutions was wonderful! First, I mistakenly showed up for my appointment two weeks early. No problem! Even though my "professional" was fully booked for the following two weeks, Caitlin managed to squeeze me in. Starting then, my questions were answered in a matter-of-fact and easy-to-understand fashion and my options were clearly explained. I was sent home with three clearly-defined options to ponder. A couple of weeks later after I decided which option to take, I easily got an appointment and my decision was put into effect, after again, being walked through the process. Being still somewhat in possession of most of my faculties, I nevertheless, found Senior Solutions, in general, and Caitlin, in particular, to be of immense help.
