Received a warranty paid for by seller. Only one problem and the representative didn’t know the area, didn’t know the basics of air conditioning, claim denied even though she didn’t understand. Pleasant though. We just took care of it and definitely won’t renew. Not recommended.

Would not recommend. Expensive for the service you receive, and they do not want to help you with your repairs. Even my local service technicians stated that they do not like working with this company.
