Holt Insurance Agency, Inc

Holt Insurance has handled our home insurance for 30 years. We received a letter , the end of July, from the insurance company that they where not going to renew our policy Due to some bogus claims. We always paid our premium in full in one payment each year. Had two claims over the years. We never received any communication from Holt insurance in regard to the issue. Holt never offered to try to find another insurance carrier. So I would say that Holt Insurance Customer service is very poor. I would give negative stars.

I've been with Holt Insurance for well over 2 years now. I made the switch from Farmers Insurance due to policy price raising. Holt Insurance was very helpful in helping me swap my vehicles over and not to mention saved me nearly 50% of the total cost per year. Never had a bad experience with them and will continue to bring over friends and family to this great agency!

DO NOT USE HOLT INSURANCE!!! my daughter posted a bad review about Donna being extremely rude and Andrea canceled my policy!!! I didn't do anything but I'm being punished?!! What a joke for a company. Just how Unprofessional can a business get? Very juvenile...Andrea said they'd reinstate me if my daughter removed her review...

DONNA and ANDREa are EXTREMELY RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! They were short with me cut me off and did not even try and help me . I will NEVER shop here and i will be 1000% sure that every person i come into contact with NEVER purchase insurance with this UNPROFESSIONAl company .I work in customer service and have for 15 years never would i EVER SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER THE WAY DONNA DID!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! My mom sister and i all switched to a better company with better prices and MUCH better customer service.they aren't a smart buisness because they lost 3 customers for being rude and short

Great experienced people! Lots of insurance companies to choose from so u always get what your looking for at a good price.
