Holly Narber - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have worked with State Farm for many years and it was not until I moved to Hampton and started working with Holly and her team that I really received the true quality experience others told me about. Her and her team are quick to respond and so accommodating on scheduling meetings. On top of this, she takes the time to make sure that her clients understand all parts of the decisions that they are making. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new insurance provider and in the Franklin County area you consider Holly.

Brenda did a great job with figuring out how to combine my wife and I's home and auto insurances after going through the big life change of getting married and moving. It was very smooth.

I called and got right to the point and Wendy was incredibly helpful and quick! She was great to work with she also contacted me with my documents and everything I needed well within her estimated time that she gave the first day we spoke! :)

Rising prices & Brendas customer services skills are very poor., always talking over us never letting us finish our sentences. RUDE!

Everyone in the office is pleasant to talk to,immediately u walk in the they greet u with a smile and say hi.Very professional when answering the phones and if u have questions they will assist u or put u through to someone who can.
